4. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, asserting the accuracy of the information in your notice and confirming that you are the copyright/trademark owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
5. Your physical or electronic signature, accompanied by your contact information, including address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.

Similarly, we take a dim view of those who exploit their own intellectual property rights improperly. If you believe that your content was erroneously removed due to alleged copyright or trademark infringement, you may send us a written counter-notice with the following details:

1. Identification of the copyrighted or trademarked work that was removed and the location on the Site where it would have been found before removal.
2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, expressing your good faith belief that the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification. For trademark disputes only: information reasonably explaining why you believe you are not infringing the trademarked work.
3. A declaration that you consent to the jurisdiction of either (a) the Federal District Court in the district of your address if in the United States, or (b) any judicial district in which Yoffii is located if residing outside the United States. Include a statement indicating your acceptance of service of process from the person who sent the original infringement notice to Yoffii or their agent.
4. Your physical or electronic signature, along with your contact information, including address, telephone number, and, if available, email address.

We treat all notices seriously and ensure compliance with applicable laws. Yoffii reserves the right to remove content accused of infringement without prior notice at our sole discretion. Additionally, we retain the right to terminate the account of a user deemed a repeat infringer.
